The Gordon Ramsay by Royal Doulton collection was born through a partnership with the world-renowned chef. Gordon Ramsay worked closely with the Royal Doulton design staff to develop a contemporary dining and cooking collection of the highest quality. While intended for home/domestic use, the new collection offers the strength, durability and versatility expected in hotel/restaurant-grade products.

Gordon Ramsay by Royal Doulton Dinnerware is the result of extensive consultations with Gordon and the chefs at his restaurants, combined with many observations made by the Royal Doulton designers. In designing this range of dinnerware, the whole process was noted - preparation, cooking, presentation and finally cleaning and storage.

The goal was to design a full range of tableware that Gordon would use in his restaurants and that would have commercial appeal. The two key considerations for the range were presentation and function, both in a kitchen environment and at the table. Of course this had to be appropriate for both a professional environment and at home.

The cream or white color of the casual and everyday collections is subtle and simple, allowing food to be the focus. The embossment in the form of bands adds sophisticated subtle interest, drawing the eye to the food on the plate. The coupe shape provides added versatility to serve all types of dishes. All of these elements combine to create a collection that performs to the highest standard.
